Adult Nurture TN@IPC via Zoom
May 4, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
On Tuesday nights (and one 4th Thursday) there are opportunities through out the month to explore one’s faith and what it means to live a faith-filled life. A range of thoughtful and provocative videos, “in house” discussion leaders, presentations by people from the greater Tacoma community, and even occasionally from the national religious/book scene, make Tuesday discussions lively and well-attended sessions.
May 4 – Cindan Gizzi, IPC member and Deputy Director of the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department, will talk Covid –19. She will update us on what is known about the virus and vaccine and will address concerns and questions from the AN group.
May 12 – Outside Event PLU Annual Ralphael Lemkin Lecture – Hitler’s American Friends: Political Extremism and Nazi Sympathizers in the 1930s Presented by Dr. Bradley W. This event will look at how the country’s leaders ultimately ensured that Hitler’s American friends were defeated. This event is free and open to the public. Register.
