Celebrate Community!

National Night Out in our Hilltop Urban Village – New Connections!
5:30 p.m. Community Reflection & Prayer
6:15 p.m. BBQ & Block party
All are welcome to join us for either or both!
G Street (between S. 14th and S. 15th) will be closed off for the celebration.
IPC Neighbors & Friends: your presence would be a delight!
Each year – on the first Tuesday in August – New Connections, St. Leo Parish, and the Tacoma Catholic Worker host a National Night Out event to celebrate this community that includes shelters, churches, service providers, businesses, community gardens, and homes. Some of us live in apartments, or houses, or cars; some are unsheltered. Some live in other parts of the city or are just passing through. All are neighbors; all are welcome!
We’ll Supply: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Veggie-Burgers & all the fixin’s
Willing to help? Please let us know if you can bring salads, sides, cold (non-alcoholic) beverages, or desserts to add to the feast. Set-up begins at 4 PM, take-down at 7:30 PM.
