Proctor Treats & Chili @ the Smith/Halls – All AGES

Meet in front of the Proctor fire station at 4:30pm in your best Halloween costumes and walk around the Proctor businesses with us for Proctor Treats. It’s a lot of fun to go together!
And afterward, Bo, Holly, Makayla, and Harper have invited us into their home to share chili (2619 N Lawrence St). If your kid(s) haven’t gotten their fill of trick or treating, they can also go around the neighborhood together!
