UN Refugee Kitchen Kits
January 15, 2017
An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Sunday, repeating until February 5, 2017

Together We Can Make Our Community More Welcoming
UN refugee families are arriving daily to the Puget Sound Region. Our church community can welcome and support these families by providing them with kitchen starter kits. Often these families come with only themselves. We are partnering with Lutheran Community Services to collect, create and distribute the kits.
January 8 – February 5: Jericho Road Project and Mission and Peacemaking are asking you to bring kitchen items to church for these families. Please place these items in the laundry baskets in the narthex (or bring to the church office during the week).
To insure a better distribution of items, we are asking you to bring new items from the list below corresponding to the first letter of your last name. Busy? Snowed in? Checks can be sent to Immanuel or left in the offering plate made out to IPC; or PayPal thru the Donate page with “Refugee Kit” noted on the memo line. Jericho Road members will happily purchase the appropriate items. Our goal is to make up 10 starter kits.
